Here are pictures of bronze cutouts from the Temple of Hermes and Aphrodite in Symi which we saw last week in the (temporary) Knossos Museum in Heraklion.
Does anyone know this Temple?

In Greece, time is merely an idea in the mind of God. |

| Richard, I googled "Symi temple of Hermes" Apparently the temple is in Crete and Aphrodite "shares the hill shrine Kato Symi with Hermes" Presumably the shrine isn't in Symi but is co-dedicated to the Nymph, Symi and Hermes. This is from a book "Geometric Greece" by John Nicolas Coldstrem. |
