A humble request…
Could the camera be moved forward on the ledge and tilted down and a bit to the right – there are no way we can get to see the goings on at Pachos with the present view...

I'm hoping to organise a mirror so we can see both Pacho's and the Hellenikon balcony.

Entertainment to suit all tastes.

Sorry, Ola, but we have to respect people's privacy and the owners of Pachos might also object!

Thank you Adriana. A most respectful response!

Ok, point taken and in the clarity of hindsight - it was a bad idea Adriana.

But, if it is possible to move the camera forward on the ledge - no tilting, we could get a wider view of the harbour front, probably from the customs house over to where the Poseidon / Triton docks. Now that would be grand....

Say Richard, did you get your browsers to shoe the new webcam? If so, how??

What have you achieved today? .... Nothing is not an option. :)

Unfortunately no success as yet. My ISP (Brightview/BT) has been having a lot of fun trying to find symi. eu.com but no luck so far. At least the Maziecam is hosted on Blueyonder so I still have the original webcam. Pity that I have not been able to watch Freckleface performing all these cartwheels, nor can I see the Pacho's Banner but I can watch the Symi II, the Aegli and the Nikolaos steam in and out of the Harbour. I also have a very good view of the sunset. I shall survive.

It's as far forward as it can go, Ola, without falling off the balcony! What looks like a ledge in the bottom edge of the image is the Sunflower's roller awning, several metres in front. There is nothing in between except air!

Hold the front page (yes, I know this was written in FrontPage). I can now see both the new webcam and the banner. Alleluia. This is a really good camera, much better definition than the old one. I now see what you all mean by the view. Can't see the Hellenikon mirror yet, though.

Well done to all concerned. Symi. eu. com does exist, after all.
