Apologies for the chat page being unavailable for the past couple of days. To quote the hosting company: "The downtime over the last 36 hours was due to a hardware fault on the database server. It took our provider about 12 hours to diagnose the fault and another 12 to transfer the disks, etc to a new server. I've been rebuilding the server for the last few hours (attaching the databases, etc.) and everything should be back to normal now."
Back to normal then!
